Why should I use your services instead of physical therapy?

Traditional physical therapy has drawbacks due to insurance visit limitations, minimal individual time with the provider, and the necessity of two to three sessions per a week, ranging from a $25 to $75 copay per visit. With our model, you work one-on-one for the duration of the appointment and are given an at-home exercise program and the education to take control of your pain or injury, resulting in less weekly visits and a faster recovery! These longer visits can set you up for success, and each visit comes with a free 30 minutes of passive recovery work after your session.
