I first started seeing Michael regularly due to an ankle injury. His rehab protocol was challenging but effective, and after a couple of weeks, it felt stronger and more stable than before the injury. His attention to detail and ability to identify small deficits within my movements and muscles aided the recovery process. Seeing what he could help me do when coming from a deficit, I started doing prehab with him regularly, and because of all his various treatment and exercise recommendations, I feel like I'm performing better and more consistently during training and competition.
